The 2.0 & 1.8TSI EA888 3rd generation motor presents many new obstacles for aftermarket modifications. One obstacle is finding a location for a manifold boost & vacuum source. This is essential if you plan to install a boost gauge or diverter valve. Traditional boost taps used on the earlier TSI engines are not compatible due to the redesigned intake manifold found on the 3rd generation motor. USP Motorsports believes attention to detail is a must! The USP Motorsports Clean Bay Bolt Kit follows this philosophy. USP carefully selected stainless steel hardware to replace the factory hardware that is visible under the hood. Not only does the kit feature stainless steel hardware, it also includes countersunk washers for a clean, flush, and unique look. USP is proud to offer another worlds first, a true cold air intake system for the MK6 Jetta 2.5L. Constructed of 3" mandrel bent aluminum piping the USP intake is a high flowing, light weight intake solution. Designing an intake for the MK6 Jetta was no easy task. In order to accommodate an intake system componenets such as the power steering reservoir and automatic transmission computer needed to be relocated. USP designed brackets to relocate these components. The result is a complete intake system. Installation can be completed in about 1 hour and requires no special tools. USP is proud to offer another worlds first, a true cold air intake system for the MK6 Jetta 2.5L. As many of you know, the fuel system for the 2.0T FSI/TSI platform is composed of two separate systems: the high pressure system (50-130bar), and the low pressure system (3-5bar). While, the limitations of high pressure fuel delivery have been eliminated by products such as the APR upgraded rail pump, the low pressure system has been ignored. USP Motorsports is pleased to offer high flow fuel injectors for the 2.0L TSI (EA888) equipped vehicles. Manufactured by Bosch, these fuel injectors have been tested to over 525+whp and are a must for high hosepower applications. Included is 4 fuel injectors and 4 fuel injector harnesses to complete your fuel system. USP Motorsports is proud to offer a complete closed element air intake system for the 2.0T. After testing several designs, USP chose to go with a closed element intake system which is fed directly through the front grill of the vehicle.

The mass air flow sensor is joined to a closed element carbon fiber canister filter. The canister filter does not just look good but also performs. Constructed of carbon fiber and incorporating a high flow air filter, this filter was the perfect choice.

The Rear Intake Pipe is designed to be used in conjunction with the USP Tear Duct Direct Flow Intake System. Constructed from 3" diameter powder coated aluminum tubing and featuring 4 ply silicone couplers, the rear intake is a direct replacement for the factory pipe. An aluminum OEM type press on hose connection is also strategically placed to maintain the rear PCV hose connection. USP Motorsports is proud to offer a complete closed element air intake system for the 2.0T. After testing several designs, USP chose to go with a closed element intake system which is fed directly through the front grill of the vehicle.

USP Motorsports is proud to offer a complete closed element air intake system for the 1.8T and 2.0T Generation 3 EA888 engines. After testing several designs, USP chose to go with a closed element intake system which is fed directly through the front grill of the vehicle.

Starting at the rear turbo pipe, USP incorporates 3" aluminum tubing which provides a smoother path for air flow. In addition to increased air flow, the aluminum tubing is stronger and more durable than the factory plastic hose.
High temperature silicone hose commonly used for the vacuum system, boost gauges, blow off valves, and wastegates. The inside diameter is 4mm and hose is sold per foot.
