The Buschur Racing Mivec oil feed line is a must have if you plan on doing a 2.1 or 2.4 block in your Evo 9.

This is a custom made, braided S.S. line that comes complete with the necessary fittings for a no fabrication required installation. This bolts in place using your factory banjo bolts.

Our boost controller is CNC machined billet aluminum, uses a ceramic ball bearing, stainless steel internal spring, anodized black and CNC engraved with the Buschur Racing.

This manual boost controller also does not require a spring change to run low boost levels to high boost levels like some other boost controllers that are currently on the market. It has been tested to be accurate from 16psi to 50+psi.

You will recieve everything needed to install this which is vacuum line and a "T" fitting.

This boost controller is the same technology and basic design as our standard inline boost controller but with a little twist.

With this version we went ahead and drilled and tapped with ends for 1/8" NPT fittings. Doing this will allow you to set the controller up for your specific application wether you need 90's, 45's, straight's, etc.... we will be able to suit your needs.

The fittings ARE included as long as you mention what exactly you need. (Pictured with a 90 deg and a straight)

Your boost controller will come to you in a stealth anodized black with the marks for your adjustment, knurled end and with the Buschur Racing logo etched in. Hose and instructions are also included.

This is our highest flowing catalytic converter for use with our 3" system.

The Buschur Racing 3" Evo SD Mid Muffler is designed to work primarily with the Buschur Racing 3" downpipe and Buschur Racing 3" catback exhaust. This offers a straight through 3" ID design.

Made from stainless steel with a slip-fit connection on one end and a 2 bolt THICK stainless steel flange on the other this will help reduce the sound level of your exhaust system.

The Buschur Racing 3" Evo SD rear section is designed to work primarily with the Buschur Racing 3" downpipe and Buschur Racing 3" catback exhaust. This offers a straight through 3" ID design.

Made from stainless steel with a slip-fit connection on one end and a polished 4" exhaust tip on the other this is designed to replace the larger mufflers we offer for our system when using a JDM Evo 9 rear bumper or just for a cleaner look with your factory bumper.

This 2.5" lower intercooler pipe is for use only with the Buschur Racing Street front mount intercooler for your Evolution. Made of 304 stainless steel it includes everything to connect your new FMIC to your turbo including clamps and couplings. 3" mandrel bent stainless steel downpipe - maximum flow for your EVO! For use with our 3" catback system. Downpipe and hardware for rattle-free installation. Our downpipe allows you to keep the stock lower tie-bars!

The factory GTR battery with the factory steel tray weighs in at 28 lbs, while the BR ultra lightweight aluminum battery tray and mini battery weighs in at only 15.6 lbs. Our battery kit is a COMPLETE replacement to the factory GTR battery and steel battery tray. With some other kits on the market only replacing the battery and not the lower tray this leaves some weight savings on the table. We have the perfect solution to that problem in this product.

Please note the battery shown in this picture is our ultra lightweight kit. This kit will come with normal mini battery. Pictures to be updated soon to reflect this.

We have taken the stock oil pan and built baffling into the oil pick up area of the pan. By doing this it severely decreases the oil being sloshed around in the pan and keeps the pick up tube submersed in oil. Buschur Racing is pleased to have teamed up with Supertech to offer our customers, the same valve springs and titanium retainers that we have had produced for our Stage 3 cylinder heads.

Buschur Racing GTR oil catch can kit. This kit is an easy bolt in. Eliminates all then oil and hot engine vapors going through the intercoolers, turbos,intercooler pipes and into the engine. The kit comes complete with the catch can, black ultra lite braided hose, AN fittings, clamps and caps for the factory lines.

This is the same great lightweight 3" slip-fit catback as the one included with our turboback exhaust. This system includes our small diameter Magnaflow muffler which is a quieter than our Bullet muffler but still offers a nice mellow exhaust note.

This system weighs in right around 18lbs.

Everything is included that you will need for installation if you're using our 3" highflow cat, off-road pipe (for race use only) or another companies slip-fit offering. If you require a 2 bolt exhaust on your catback please look at our SCCA catback which is the same catback but with a 2 bolt flange which will bolt up to the stock cat or other aftermarket 2 bolt items.

This is the same great lightweight 3" catback as our turboback exhaust but with our light weight BR Bullet muffler setup to bolt to your factory 2 bolt exhaust flange on your cat or other companies highflow cats or off-road pipe solutions. Buschur Racing is proud to introduce our newest offering for your GTR. Our 3" one piece mandrel bent aluminum tubing provides smoother air flow. Add to that our customer made air filters which are larger than our competitors and also feature a unique filter material in the endcap for even more airflow and you will have the perfect combination. We offer these intake pipe setups in two variants, MAF setup (stock) or speed density setup. Our intake systems are easy to install in under an hour and will utilize your factory clamps. Our intake tubes are available in a variety of powder coated options. While these options are not factory matched, they are very close. Please note picture shown is setup for MAF system.

This is the newest addition to our line up for the Evo X. This is the FIRST offering of its kind for the Evo X. This is a TRUE drop in setup and it is all done while retaining the stock fuel lines and sending unit. No modification is needed to run this. This setup is similar to the same one we developed and use in all of the fast Evo 8's & 9's that we've built including the 9.0 "BAD BISH".

The factory GTR battery with the factory steel tray weighs in at 28 lbs, while the BR ultra lightweight aluminum battery tray and lithium battery weighs in at only 5.2 lbs!! The Buschur Racing mid pipe for the GT-R is built right here in our shop, in the USA. It uses 100% 304 grade stainless steel throughout the complete construction, with the exception of the muffler, which is aluminum. The merge section of the mid pipe is the most critical part to flow and we use the lowest angle merge available at only 15 degrees, this allows the exhaust to merge into the collector and the flow is increased over the competitions. The aluminum muffler is installed using V-band connections, this also allows the use of an muffler delete pipe (available in the drop down menu below) to be used if you want the car louder, lighter or for track days. This is a direct fit, bolt in to the factory exhaust system and all known aftermarket systems.

With the addition of just our mid pipe on a 2014 GT-R we were able to gain a peak whp of 8 whp and peak torque by 13 ft lbs BUT the mid range gained 44 ft lbs and 26 whp and the gains are from 2500 to redline. Keep in mind this was no additional tuning, stock catalytic converters and stock catback! This same car with our mid pipe, catback, MAF pipes/filters and E85 ran 10.50 at 138.13 mph on the stock run flats!

The brand new Buschur Racing 2.1 engine build kit for the Mitsubishi Evolution 8/9 is a top of the line offering. This kit comes to you with everything needed for you or your machine shop to assemble your new 2.1 liter engine. The brand new Buschur Racing 2.4 engine build kit for the Mitsubishi Evolution 8/9 is a top of the line offering. This kit comes to you with everything needed for you or your machine shop to assemble your new 2.4 liter engine. BR 2LR, This engine is a long rod (LR) version of the above 2 liter. The longer rod relieves some of the side loading of the piston and was developed to push the limits of the 4G63 block further with less risk of splitting a cylinder wall. Steel and optional aluminum rods are offered. RPM limits have been pushed to over 10,000 rpm with this engine.

The engines are machined to accept our Buschur Racing ultra high strength custom pistons that we have been using since the release of the Evo X. This is not a new piston design we are praying works out, it's already proven. The rods are a custom Manley (Made in USA) rod, which have also been in use since the release of this new engine platform. The factory crankshaft is balanced along with the rest of the rotating assembly to ensure smooth high RPM operation. BR 2.3,This engine uses a 4G63 block with a longer stroke. For a car that is primarily street driven there is no better choice. The recommend RPM limit is 8500. This limits the speeds that can be reached in the 1/4 mile on the stock gear ratio. 142 mph is about the max in 4th gear. There are other gearing options available. General rule of thumb is if you want to go much quicker than 9.90's this is not the engine you should chose. IF you want a FUN car to drive, do autocross or road racing this is absolutely your best choice. Available in steel rods only. This engine has been developed for the guy who wants it all, ME! If your goal is to run faster than 9.90's, drive your car around daily and autocross it, then this is where you should be looking. The engine uses a billet crankshaft, steel rods, special lightweight pistons along with some other "tricks" to make it live at over 8500 rpm. Except for the die hard drag racer needing to run 10,000 rpm on a daily basis, this is the ultimate engine.

It is finally here.... a Buschur built bottom end so they can continue to push the limits of the 4B11T.

After much testing of the piston/rod combination in many cars across the world we are now confident enough to offer the parts for high horsepower builds in a drop in shortblock package.
The BR 2.1, This engine is based on the 4G64 block. We have yet to see a 4G64 block split a cylinder wall and because of this we developed this engine. The engine uses a 2 liter crankshaft with a long rod like the 2LR engine but has a larger bore. This engine requires a special water pump and head gasket both of which we supply when you buy the engine from us. The 2.1 provides more low/mid range power than both the 2.0 and 2LR engines. The BR 2.4, This engine is based on the 4G64 block. This engine requires a special water pump and head gasket both of which we supply when you buy the engine from us. The 2.4 provides great low/mid range power. The cylinder head will also need work to the combustion chamber to work correctly with this engine. This engine can only be built with steel rods. Recommended maximum RPM is 8,000.
