GrimmSpeed does it again! Introducting our enlarged bore Intake Manifold to TGV gaskets. Why do you want the enlarged bore style vs. the small oem?...the oem gasket hole diameter is much smaller than the TGV itself so you are very limited on matching up the ports of the outlet of the Int. Manifold going into the inlet of the TGV during porting. With our enlarged port gasket we are able to match the IM and TGV up perfectly which greatly improves air flow quality at a very important location in your intake track(right before it goes into the engine!).

When it comes to wiring the Hella Horns that are mounted to your beautiful GrimmSpeed BroTie, we have you covered. After some testing, we determined that the additional few dBs offered by wiring with a relay weren't worth the added headache and potential failure points of a more complex harness using automotive relay, inline fuse and additional wiring directly to your battery. Fully pre-assembled, our simple harness will allow you to plug and play in seconds. Should your heart desire those last few ounces of ear-piercing goodness, our harness can also be adapted for use with a more complex relay harness. Diagrams for that configuration are included in our installation guide below.

Unlike your OEM 2-port solenoid, the GrimmSpeed BCS will allow for extremely high resolution boost control, providing your tuner with the hardware he needs to safely tune your car with rock solid boost levels. Using our solenoid, you are able to spool your turbo quicker and maintain tight control of boost levels throughout your power curve. In addition, our solenoid features a balanced valve to withstand up to 120psi without a slowing response by even a single millisecond.

You probably already know that you want an intercooler with maximum cooling and minimum restriction, but when it comes to selecting the right 'man for the job', we think it's important to understand why. As air is pressurized by your turbo, it heats up, not because of the heat of the turbocharger, but because when they're compressed, the atoms in the air are forced closer together and as a result, move faster and have more energy. That energy manifests itself as heat. The more heat we can remove from the system, the denser the air becomes and that's what helps eliminate pre-detonation, or 'knock', allowing for increased output from your system. Your OEM TMIC does just fine at stock boost under normal use, but as soon as you start putting some real heat into it with higher boost or harder use, it heat-soaks beyond recovery.
