Titan Motorsports has teamed up with ATI Performance to release it's patened Super Damper for the Nissan R35 GTR. The Titan/ATI SuperDamper is the only crank damper designed exclusively for high performance engines to eliminate torsional crankshaft vibrations. This pulley is SFI 18.1 rated and exceeds NHRA requirements for those cars going quicker than 11.50 at the drag strip. A direct replacement for the OEM crank pulley, its black zinc chromate finish prevents rusting and allows the 360?° laser engraved timing marks to be easily read.

Requires shorter drive belt which can be purchased seperately.

A custom valve guide design for the Nissan GT-R R35 twin turbo VR38DETT engine with compatibility for high end valve material, fuels and surface treatments.

Instead of sintered or tool steel, aftermarket engine builders often look to Phosphor Bronze (PBB) and other Bronze alloys for their heat dissipating properties in valve guides.Advances in material and surface treatment technologies have meant that new durable engine valve applications such as CrN coated Titanium and DLC coatings are now common in high output engine builds. These new materials, however, cause premature wear to softer PBB guide material, dramatically shortening engine life.

After much research with DLC coatings and valve materials, we designed a valve guide and selected the very best alloy available for the job.  The result: A VR38DETT specific valve guide made from Moldstar?? 90 high performance Beryllium-free Copper alloy; a best kept secret of top tier race teams.

GotBoost Performance Oil Catch Can Breather GTR


We are pleased to announce our new oil catch can/breather system is now available for the Nissan GT-R. After extensive testing we have found this to be an economical choice for keeping unwanted oil out of the intake tract. The stock GT-R system, while effective, still allows a certain amount of oil to pass into the intake system. This is greatly exacerbated when aftermarket turbos and larger than OEM displacement engines are employed.

Separate breathers are used for valve covers and block venting, so the two systems do not fight each other. Each can has a vacuum source and is installed between the valve cover vents for one and the block valley vent for the other. These are cnc billet catch cans that have an included petcock drain for ease of maintenance.

T1 Race Development GTR Intake Block Off Plate


The GTR intake port block-off plates are water-jet cut for precision, and are constructed of .125" aluminum. Each plate bolts on using the factory hardware.

Any upgrade on your GTR that requires removal of the intake manifold (such as the installation of your ID injectors and T1 Fuel Rails) can leave the intake runners open and susceptible to debris and hardware that can accidentally end up in to places it doesn't belong. Sometimes this debris is noticed and can be removed. However, if unnoticed, this debris can cause expensive damage to your internals. And since we all know that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, we made these intake block-off plates that you can simply bolt on to your runners and prevent any unwanted debris from falling in.

T1 Race Development GTR Secondary Air Bypass System Block Off Plates


The GTR Secondary Air Bypass System Block-off plates are water-jet cut for precision, and are constructed of .250" aluminum. They bolt on using the factory hardware and steel gaskets, and are sold as a pair.

The GTR uses a secondary air bypass system to 'light off' the cats quicker, strictly for emissions purposes. Since engines without cats have absolutely no need for this secondary air bypass system, these block off plates will allow you to eliminate that unnecessary hardware. Removing it saves a lot of space on the rear of the engine and a fair amount of weight as well (as the solenoids removed have a lot of cast iron on them). To address the software end of this solution, you'll simply disable all DTC's related to the secondary air bypass system through your Cobb Tuning AccessPORT.

T1 Race Development GTR R35 Upper and Lower Transmission Brace Set


We have been working on some updates to our very popular T1 Transmission Braces for the GR6. The lower section is now utilizing some CNC pieces that have saved a significant amount of fabrication time. We have also started using some different components in the upper piece that save fabrication time and have an even more precise fitment. These improvements make for a better looking and fitting piece, and most importantly a more affordable piece. Fab time makes up much of the cost on these and by cutting down significantly there we're able to drop the price from $875/set to $495/set.

The previous generations were a zinc yellow color and we have switched to a bright-nickel color on the new generation. There are no issues with the first generation ones so if you already have them there is nothing to worry about.

If you are unfamiliar with the reason behind these braces; with hard launches and wheel hop, many R35 customers have broken the transaxle case at the rear differential location. The differential literally tries to separate from the front half of the case. The result is a destroyed transmission case that you CANNOT buy from Nissan, the only replacement option is a new transmission at over $13,000. Our upper and lower brace kit ties the differential area of the housing to the front half of the housing by tying the strong points of each half together.


Both braces are bright-nickel plated for corrosion and rust resistance.

GT1R VR38 Harmonic Damper

The VR38 engine has proven to be an absolute powerhouse of an engine, and for the most part taken very well to upgrades and huge power increases.

With those power increases come increased forces and loads on parts.

After seeing a couple of crankshafts break in high torque and high RPM applications we set out to build a proper harmonic damper designed around the high performance VR38 engines we build.

We went to one of the best in the business to develop it, BHJ Dynamics. BHJ specializes in high performance harmonic dampers for racing applications and doesnâ??t slap a â??universalâ?? balancer on any engine.

To begin with we took baseline frequency and inertia tests of the OE damper. This tells us what Nissan needed it to do from the showroom floor.

Next the physical envelope (size, shape, alignments, etc) needs and restrictions are taken into consideration.

The design is based around the stock parameters with additional consideration given to the increases in torque and crankshaft speed.

The GT1R VR38 Harmonic Damper is SFI 18.1 certified, billet steel construction, internally balanced, and made in the USA.

The GT1R VR38 Harmonic Damper is also the lightest on the market coming in at 2752 grams. The stock damper is 2851 grams and the other aftermarket damper available for the VR38 engine is 4229 grams.

Additionally, the majority of the mass of the damper is located close to the crankshaft snout, similar to the stock damper. Other aftermarket options locate the majority of the mass at the end of the damper, much further out from the snout of the crankshaft, amplifying any imbalance or problems with the damper.

GSC Power-Division Beehive springs feature some of the most impressive manufacturing techniques in the industry. Our beehive spring uses an ovate wire which utilizes advanced material heat treatment methods for superior load loss capabilities. What this means to you is our spring has the highest level of spring load retention while still maintaining good fatigue threw out the life of the spring. Only the best materials go into the GSC Power-Division Beehive valve spring. Each batch is scrutinized for tensile strength properties, ductility, inclusion content, and fatigue toughness.
