The AAM Competition Triple Pump Fuel System is a complete replacement of the OEM Unit with no modifying or piecing together. Our system is per-assembled for easy installation and is integrated with the OEM siphon system. Anodized billet 6061 aluminum is the metal of choice for this high flow fuel kit. Our fuel kit was also engineered for pump gas, race gas, and E85 using materials and coatings to best protect components and ensure best longevity. We upgraded to Teflon lines for maximum performance and safety. A secondary benefit of utilizing Telfon lines if their resistance to fuel permeation, so vs. other kits on the market you will be able to park your GT-R in a garage without having the garage have a pungent fuel smell. Other features include mounting for OEM level sender, pump mounting is rubber insulated for better noise isolation, easy installation with our custom wiring harnesses, and AN fittings for tight and secure seals, which include 10AN feed and 8AN return fittings for maximum fuel flow.

AAM Competition's S-Line Fuel System Upgrades for the Nissan GT-R were designed with flexibility and control and in mind. By enabling complete control of the GT-R's factory fuel system, the S-Line Fuel System Upgrades meet the needs of both street and competition level GT-Rs. By addressing the design limitations of the OEM fuel system, tuning for higher boost levels is now linear, more accurate, and more reliable. Utilizing a CAD designed laser cut stainless fuel assembly enclosure, two larger fuel pumps are properly and securely mounted inside the factory fuel tank. A Plug & Play strategy utilizes OEM feed and return ports, OEM wiring harnesses, and the factory fuel siphon system is retained to further boost reliability. All in an easy to install package. All high horsepower engines require an ample amount of fuel for the horsepower to be reliable. The GT-R VR38DETT is no exception. Not everyone is reaching for 2000hp, many GT-R's are built for street comfort or road-race applications and target up to 1200hp. AAM Competition has designed an easy to install fuel solution that is perfect for GT-R's making between 650 to 1200hp. Easy upgrade with OEM Integration, no need to hack up the OEM fuel housing Installing larger fuel pumps into the GT-R's factory fuel assembly unit is a tedious process, requiring the unit to be modified & hacked up to fit and hold larger fuel pumps. AAM COMPETITION GTR FMIC KIT


The AAM GT-R Intercooler features a vertical flow twin inlet / twin outlet core with an increase in volume, fin-count and surface area (taller/wider/deeper than OE). By approaching the intercooler design with balance in mind, we were able to achieve a core design which retained the front impact beam and the OE ram shroud to ensure a high volume of ambient air reaches the core. The design and dimensions of the intercooler reduce internal drag, increase surface and core-plate area as well as volume without a weight penalty. The result is an incredibly efficient yet lightweight intercooler which dramatically reduces air inlet temperature without significant pressure loss. By decreasing the air inlet temperature, the AAM intercooler raises overall density of charged air allowing the engine and turbochargers to operate more efficiently; thus increasing overall engine power output. Oil in the intake tract will get into the cylinders and affects ignition and fuel mixture. Excessive oil in the cylinders can cause detonation. Filtering this oil and moisture out of the PCV system keeps the intake system clean and increases long term reliability of your motor. In efforts to create a better PCV and oil separation system, AAM Competition explored the OEM design and found shortfalls with engine dynamics under higher boost levels. With the OEM setup, cars showed signs of excessive oil in the charge piping, often around the engine bay where the blow off valves vent to atmosphere. Oil was also found in the intercooler as well as the intake manifold. This is especially present in vehicles running higher boost pressures. A Simple turn-key solution. Easy Installation with Pre-assembled lines and fittings, one canister, one bracket. The AAM Competition R35 GT-R Oil Catch Can is designed in CAD and CFD tested to ensure that oil vapors have ample time to condensate and settle in the canister before the air stream continues to the intake. The canister is made of 3 pieces and is fully CNC machined from aircraft aluminum. Cavities inside the canister direct air flow and effectively tumble and separate the oil. The three pieces are sealed with Viton o-rings and all ports are AN spec with o-ring seals. The AAM Competition R35 GT-R Oil Catch Can is a simple turn-key solution that comes pre-assembled with lines, fittings, brackets and all the necessary hardware for easy installation. By utilizing all OEM ports, plumbing is made simple. For higher boost setups, the system improves the overall health of the engine, filtering oil out of the intake tract and equalizing crank case pressures. The GTR's factory exhaust system is a great design. With no mufflers (only two small resonators) Nissan did their homework to optimize the exhaust system design at the factory 480hp level (410-420awhp). However, as with most exhaust systems, the GT-R's exhaust can be significantly improved. What is the leading problem with the GT-R's factory exhaust when it comes to power? It is simply not big enough - factory piping diameter is too small. This system is adjustable from the driver's seat via a switch that allows you to change between a quiet, conservative street exhaust note, to a much louder, more aggressive race exhaust note on the fly. You also have the option to tailor the exhaust note anywhere in between the two extremes to find the sound that best suits your driving style.

The AAM Competition R-MAF Meter is an important addition to any GT-R making over 550hp with factory air boxes, 625hp with 2.75" intakes, or 700hp with 3" intakes (500awhp, 575awhp, and 630-650awhp respectively). A direct bolt-in upgrade with no splicing of any wiring required and a factory functioning air temperature sensor, the R-MAF Meter is engineered to provide stock like idling and low-throttle drivability while more than doubling the range of the factory MAF sensors. The R-MAF's extended range allows them to be used with engines with as much as 1,500hp with upgraded tubes.

The AAM Competition Upper Intercooler Pipe Kit w/ Twin Tial QR Series BOV is a cost effective alternative to our full intercooler pipe kit The factory blow-off valves leak a small amount of boost which works your turbochargers harder than necessary. The twin Tial QR Series Blow Off Valves and smoother flowing hard upper pipes help increase throttle response and overall engine performance over the factory set up.

QR Series BOVs feature the unique ability to swap it's bottom half to that of a standard Q Series BOV, to make it a fully vent to atmosphere BOV. An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished with each unit. Stainless Steel is available at an additional cost. The use of 6061 aluminum allows the housing to be anodized with a selection of colors.

    The factory turbos in the GT-R produce very respectable power; no doubt about it The key to substantial power increase is the installation of bigger turbos with properly prepared turbo compression covers and manifolds that can handle the substantial increase in flow. The AAM Competition GT800-RÉ??s deliver the performance you want at a great price. OEM compression covers and manifolds are prepped using specially designed tooling that insures proper machining with zero deflection. We then install full ball bearing Garrett CHRA cartridges along with larger precision turbine and compressor wheels. This proven combination gives you a great power increase with a spool up rate almost as fast as the factory turbochargers. Exceeding factory torque levels by 2800 rpm, the GT800-RÉ??s are ultra responsive. Proven to make as much as 700+awhp on 93 octane, 800+awhp has also been achieved with appropriate fuel and more boost. This is a true bolt on package. Kit includes new larger coolant and oil lines. For optimum performance we recommend our Turbo Inlet pipe kit and high pressure wastegate actuators (not included). GT-RÉ??s equipped with the GT800-RÉ??s have delivered over 145 mph and 9 seconds in the quarter mile. Aftermarket wastegate actuators required to run high boost.     The AAM Competition GT-R High Pressure Wastegate Actuators will allow you to hold more boost all the way to redline and realize the full potential of the GT-R's factory turbochargers. The factory GT-R internal wastegate actuators have a low pressure activation which limits the amount of boost the GT-R can run Our brackets are made of 6061 billet aluminum. Crack pressure is approx 12 psi, base pressure is approx 14psi. We have tested this kit on our GT800R turbo kit running 30 pounds of boost without a problem. Get all that your OE turbos can give. As you increase your R35's power level, numerous internal components need upgrading to withstand the stress of added torque. Higher torque can take its toll on the GT-R's factory GR6 transmission including the transmission case itself. The flexing of the differential section can weaken the cast aluminum transmission case and over time causes internal components to shift and bind. Under high torque levels this section of the case wants to twist off - the casting is simply not designed for such stress. Added protection through improving rigidity and support At AAM Competition, LLC we engineered a transmission brace that adds reinforcement to the OEM transmission raising the threshold of failure. The AAM Competition GT-R GR6 Transmission Brace uses thick 1/4" stainless steel and bolts into the transmission at strategic locations, adding rigidity between the main casing and the section where the differential is housed. This design reduces the load on the transmission's aluminum casings, the stress of high torque levels, and the shock from launching or hard shifts. The AAM Competition GT-R GR6 Transmission Brace is a must have addition for any R35 owner seeking 700+ horsepower levels.
